Meet the Senior Team
Dave is the Chairman of TQ IMA and is accountable for ensuring TQ IMA exceeds expectations to clients and shareholders. He acts as an ambassador for TQ IMA to the industry, market and our valued partners.
Dave has an Extensive 30+ year career in technology transformation & business consultancy. He was a founding member of CIO Advisory Business, Xantus, that was acquired by KPMG in 2011.
He went on to serve as a Partner in KPMG, leading their ServiceNow practice in the UK and EMEA.
He has worked globally across principally the UK, US & Middle East, and served some of the worlds most valued organisations.
Jon is the Managing Director of TQ IMA, he sits on the Board and is accountable for business strategy, growth and operations across all markets.
He has a professional business & technology consulting career spanning +20 years. He spent the past 15 years as a Director at Deloitte, where he founded and incubated the UK ServiceNow business; growing it to an award winning ServiceNow partner.
Jon has advised and delivered some of the worlds largest and most complex ServiceNow transformation programmes, ranging from ITX, through to CSM, HR, and wholesale re-platforming across all products.
Jon has lived and worked in the UK, US, Switzerland, Australia & Middle East. A sample of his clients include Astra Zeneca, Rio Tinto, Takeda, Warner Brothers, Barclays, John Lewis and Central & Local Government agencies.
Duncan is a ServiceNow veteran with 15 years experience in ServiceNow as both customer and consultant. Duncan is an absolute ServiceNow enthusiast and what he does not know about the platform is not worth knowing.
Duncan has been involved in multiple Greenfield implementation programmes both globally and UK based and has experience in all elements of the platform. His particular speciality is taking a business problem and using ServiceNow to resolve it.
In Duncan's previous role he drove the ServiceNow Practice to winning the European Premier Partner of the Year award 2023. Duncan will be bringing the same level of success to TQ IMA.
Duncan is also an eminent expert in the ITSM space, having delivered quantifiable Business Process improvements around the world including the Middle East where he was responsible for not only achieving ISO27001 certification but also in achieving a UK Banking License for a large Middle Eastern Organisation.
Kim is Head of Delivery at TQ IMA and has years of operational, consulting and management experience in the field of IT Service Management and ServiceNow.
She is able to fully understand the challenges of a customer and provide them with the best solutions, having worked in both a delivery, management and operational capacity.
She is extremely skilled in driving change and has a proven track-record of improving and maintaining relationships and programs. Her ability to implement strategies is underpinned by expertise in ITIL and Prince 2 accompanied by experience in improving efficiencies and reducing operational costs during her career.
Within TQ IMA, Kim plays an important role in guiding our projects and consultants. She is service-minded, energetic and pragmatic, making her the go-to person for many customers.
Dani is Head of Talent and responsible for attracting, nurturing and retaining the best ServiceNow people within TQ IMA.
TQ IMA is ultimately a people business, with some of the leading experts in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Dani ensures our talent strategy is but in to practice, and has a lasting positive impact on our people and strategic associates.
Dani has 20 years experience in HR, recruitment and people leadership roles. She brings these experiences and skills to TQ IMA to ensure we are a great place to work, and the destination for the best talent in the market.
